Speaking + workshops

Faye is a regular media commentator on topics ranging from the rise of the sober curious, mummy wine culture, Untoxicated and the need for more inclusive spaces, to alcohol culture and the impact on mental health in Australia more broadly. She has featured on 730 Report, ABC News, Channel 9 News, Business Insider, Prevention Magazine, Radio National, and many, many more.

Having spoken at both SXSW and TEDx, Faye is a born raconteur with a penchant for dry humour, and combining her own colourful personal story alongside the data to inspire, entertain and inform covering topics such as:

  • the Untoxicated story

  • how to socialise sober

  • how connection and community saves lives (it’s in the science!)

  • adversity can be your greatest gift

  • the power of humour in leadership

  • Dry July/Sober October/Feb Fast initiatives

  • Neurodiversity in your organisation

“I just wanted to share with you the outstanding feedback we received for your talk. Over 95% of the audience rated you as the maximum of 5! This was, by quite a margin, the highest rating of the whole day. We appreciate the energy & effort that went in to it.”

Workshops for workplaces

With a long career in corporate affairs, marketing and consulting, and more recently as a coach and therapist and the founder of Untoxicated (Australia’s largest alcohol-free social community), I have worked with many senior executives, entrepreneurs and C-suite (both 1-1 and in group programs).

With qualifications in psychology, counselling and coaching, alongside my corporate experience in workplace wellness, I’m well placed to deliver lunchbox talks or workshops around the role of alcohol in workplace culture, mental health and personal brand without sounding preachy or treating alcohol as an either/or proposition.

Many employees in every organisation may be struggling behind the scenes with overconsumption of alcohol, often as self-medication for stress, anxiety and mental health.

Group sessions and/or workshops combine lived experience and relatability and a non-judgemental approach, with the most up to date science and research.

“ Faye speaks from the heart. Her voice is genuine and she shares in a meaningful and captivating way.

Faye, I am inspired by your journey, your grit and determination. You have brought hope to many people.”
