What is AI-Note-Taking?
AI supports the note-taking process by accurately and efficiently capturing the details of your discussions and the outcomes of our appointments. The use of AI note taking has been adopted to enable therapists and medical professionals to focus more on communication with you, and to enable them to give you more care during sessions, rather than being distracted by manual note-taking, thus enhancing the quality of care you receive.

Does this AI platform have security?
Heidi AI is used by medical and health professionals widely and complies with Australian Privacy Principles that are compliant with AHPRA and HIPAA standards. It adheres to industry encryption and security protocols.

These are not stored, have no identifying information attached to them (in other words, your client file or contact details are not linked with the recording), and the record in Heidi is automatically deleted after 48 hours.
